Crock Pot Potato Soup Recipe
- 6 potatoes
- 2 leeks
- 2 onions
- 1 carrot
- 1 stalk celery
- 4 c. water
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 tbsp. parsley flakes
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 13 oz. can evaporated milk
- Chopped chives
Crock Pot Potato Soup Recipe Directions
Cut all vegetables into bite-sized chunks. Combine all incredients in the crock pot except milk and chives. Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Stir in evaporated milk during the last hour.
