<li>1 medium green pepper, cut into strips </li>
<li>1 medium red pepper, cut into strips </li>
<li>2 Tbsp. PLANTERS Peanut Oil, divided </li>
<li>2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips </li>
<li>1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth </li>
<li>1/4 cup GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard </li>
<li>1 tsp. cornstarch </li>
<li>1/3 cup PLANTERS Cashews, coarsely chopped </li>
<li>8 cups hot cooked MINUTE White Rice </li>
</ul>

<strong>Easy Dinner Recipe Directions</strong>
<br/>COOK and stir peppers in 1 Tbsp. of the oil in large skillet on high heat until crisp-tender. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.<br/>ADD remaining 1 Tbsp. oil and chicken to skillet; cook and stir until chicken is cooked through. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.<br/>MIX broth, mustard and cornstarch. Add to skillet; cook on medium-high heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Return chicken and peppers to skillet; cook and stir 3 to 4 min. or until heated through. Stir in cashews. Serve this <em>easy dinner recipe </em>over rice. </p>

<div xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">This is an <strong>easy zucchini recipe </strong>for fried zucchini rounds. Great if you dip in a bit of ranch dressing.<br/>
<ul>
<li>Slice a large zucchini into thin rounds </li>
<li>Beat 2 eggs, and add </li>
<li>1/4 cup milk and a </li>
<li>pinch of black pepper. </li>
<li>Add 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs to the egg-milk </li>
<li>1 Clove of Garlic and Olive Oil</li>
</ul>
<p>Easy zucchini recipe directions: Stir in to make a batter. Add a little extra milk or water if batter is too dry. It should be just wet enough to stick to and coat the zucchini slices. Dip zucchini slices in the batter, then place in a hot skillet in which you have heated olive oil and crushed/mashed clove of garlic. </p>
