Easy Meat Loaf Recipe

• 2 lb. lean ground beef
• 1 pkg. (6-1/4 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix, any variety
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce

Easy Meat Loaf Recipe Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix the ground beef, eggs stuffing mix and 1/4 off the barbeque sauce in a large mixing bowl. Form the mixture into an oven dish that is 13x9. Spread the remaining barbeque sauce on the top of the easy meat loaf and place in the oven. Cook for about 1 hour, let sit for 5 minutes and serve the easy meat loaf.
