<li>2 lb. whole tilapia </li>
<li>1-1/2 c. water </li>
<li>1 c. coconut milk </li>
</ul>

<strong>Vietnamese Grilled Tilapia Recipe Directions: </strong>
<br/>Add boiling water and coconut milk to a blender and mix for at least a minute. Strain the blended mixture through a sieve or cheesecloth. Add chopped garlic. Marinate the fish for 2 hours in the coconut mixture.<br/>
<br/>Grill the tilapia for about 4 minutes on one side. When brown, turn it over and grill the other side for about 3 more minutes. Serve with dipping sauce.<br/>

<p>Tilapia Stew </p>
<ul>
<li>1 tablespoon olive oil </li>
<li>Salt, pepper to taste </li>
<li>1/2 cup chopped onion</li>
<li>1-14.5 oz. can Italian style diced tomatoes</li>
<li>3 large cloves garlic minced</li>
<li>1 cup clam juice</li>
<li>1 cup diced red bell pepper </li>
<li>1 cup dry white wine</li>
<li>1 cup diced zucchini </li>
<li>1 pound tilapia fillets, cut in 8 pieces</li>
<li>1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves</li>
</ul>
<p>
<strong>Stewed Tilapia Recipes</strong>
</p>
<p>Heat oil in a large, non-stick skillet. Saute onion and garlic over medium high heat for 3 minutes, until just starting to soften. Add bell pepper, zucchini, thyme, salt and pepper. Saute 3 minutes longer. Add tomatoes with their juice, clam juice and wine. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add fish fillets and simmer 3-5 minutes until fish is cooked through. Serve in shallow soup bowls with crusty bread. Serve this great stewed <em>tilapia recipe!</em> </p>

In a hot frying pan, heat 1/2 Tbls. of the butter. Add the diced tomatoes, capers, Worchestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cook on low heat quickly for about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in remaining 2 Tbls. of butter and set aside.&lt;br /&gt;Salt and pepper the tilapia fillets. Heat a frying pan; then add the oil. When oil is hot, add the fillets and brown on both sides, turning only once. This will take about 3 minutes per side. Remove to a plate and spoon the tomato sauce over the fillets. <ul>
<li>2 lbs. fresh Tilapia fillets</li>
<li>olive oil</li>
<li>flour tortilla</li>
<li>sshredded cabbage</li>
<li>salsa</li>
<li>sour cream</li>
<li>fresh lime wedges </li>
</ul>
<p>Sauce:</p>
<ul>
<li>1/3 cup fresh, chopped cilantro</li>
<li>2 jalapenos -- seeded</li>
<li>1/2 cup mayonnaise</li>
<li>1/2 cup sour cream</li>
<li>1 avocado</li>
<li>1 tsp. fresh lime juice </li>
</ul>
<p>
<strong>Grilled Tilapia Recipe Directions</strong>
</p>
<p>Into a food processor, add cilantro and jalapenos, process until coarsely chopped and mixed together. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, avocado and lime juice. Blend until smooth. Keep this sauce refrigerated until needed.<br/>Brush tilapia fillets with olive oil and grill over medium heat for 2-4 minutes per side, until cooked through.<br/>Heat tortillas on grill and spread 2 Tbls. of sauce on each warm tortilla.<br/>Place 1/2 of a fillet in center of each tortilla, add shredded cabbage, fold tortilla and top with salsa and sour cream. Garnish grilled tilapia with fresh lime wedges. Serve and enjoy this <em>grilled tilapia recipe!</em>
